The Argus T1 Cine lens series is suitable for a wide range of production types, including feature films, television shows, commercials, music videos, and documentaries. The ability to shoot at T1.0 enables filmmakers to create a very shallow depth of field, which is useful for isolating characters from the background and directing viewer attention. The T1.0 aperture is particularly useful for shooting in low-light conditions, such as night scenes or indoor settings with minimal artificial lighting.
