FUJIFILM North America Corporation has announced the expansion of their X Series mirrorless camera lineup with the addition of a new compact interchangeable lens camera – the FUJIFILM X-T100.
The X-T100 features a 24.2 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, Phase Detection AF, and high-speed image processing engine. The camera has a high magnification electronic viewfinder, 3-inch horizontal tilting 1.04-million dot rear LCD screen, and built-in Bluetooth® technology for quick and easy image sharing with the “FUJIFILM Camera Remote” app. The camera also features an extended battery life, allowing up to 430 frames per charge. Tipping the scales at just 448g, the X-T100 is compatible with the full X Mount lens lineup of 26 FUJINON high quality lenses which cover focal lengths from 15mm to 1200mm (35mm equivalent).
Explore your creative inspiration with 11 unique FUJIFILM Film Simulation modes and 17 variations of Advanced Filters. Shoot stills, or 4K video, or shoot full HD movies in slow motion at speeds of up to 59.94fps. An external microphone port lets you enhance your video recording (external microphone sold separately).
Kits and cameras will be available in Black, as well as two new colours – Dark Silver, and Champagne Gold.
The new FUJIFILM X-T100 will be available in Canada on June 18, 2018, as a kit with the FUJINON XC15-45mmF3.5-5.6 OIS PZ at a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of CAD $899.99. The camera body will be available at an MSRP of $749.99.
